Who Is Sigma Psi Zeta?
Sigma Psi Zeta is a progressive multicultural Greek organization that provides a means to success and support for womxn and non-binary individuals, particularly people of color. We are a cultural, social, educational, and community service oriented sorority founded on March 23, 1994 and incorporated on March 15, 1996. The sorority builds on the unity of strong and independent leaders to affect change in our organization, our members, our universities, and our local communities.
We are the Rho Chapter of Sigma Psi Zeta located at University of Washingion, Seattle, Washington.

Our SYZterhood is NOT a mold for womxn to fit into. Our differences are what enhance and enrich our SYZterhood. We provide a home for like-minded individuals to pursue passions or provide a collective knowledge base to share.
Originally founded as an Asian-Interest Sorority, Sigma Psi Zeta is now the leading force against violence towards womxn. With the national philanthropy of Sigma Psi Zeta and the several charitable foundations they support, as well as the community service hours the sisters donate, women all across the country are benefited by this sorority. Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. builds on the unity of strong and independent leaders to affect change in our organization, our campuses, and our local communities. Sigma Psi Zeta is an official partner of It’s On Us, the White House Initiative to end sexual assault on college campuses.
